Our **PrecisionCast Series** represents the pinnacle of high-pressure die casting technology. Engineered for superior performance, this product line is specified for applications demanding exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, thin walls, and intricate details. The PrecisionCast Series supports a wide range of non-ferrous alloys to meet diverse application needs. **Key Product Parameters:** * **Alloys:** A380, ADC12, AZ91D, ZA-8, and other aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloys. * **Casting Pressure:** 400 to 1200 bar, adjustable for optimal part density. * **Clamping Force:** 250 to 2500 tons, accommodating parts from small components to large housings. * **Part Weight Range:** 10 grams to 12 kilograms. * **Tolerance Standards:** Capable of holding IT9-IT11 grade tolerances as standard, with tighter tolerances achievable upon request. * **Typical Wall Thickness:** As thin as 0.75mm for aluminum, allowing for lightweight designs. * **Surface Finish:** As-cast finishes from 2.0 to 3.2 μm Ra; machined surfaces can achieve 0.8 μm Ra or better. **Standard Material Properties (PrecisionCast Series - A380 Aluminum):**
